Easter

We spent Easter at Grandpa and Grandma Cox's. They had an Easter Egg hunt for the grandkids and tons of candy. Joycelyn, Michael, Nate, and Matt were all there. All the grandkids got sun glasses too. I think that was grandpa's doing since every time Zoe see's his sunglasses she cries until she gets them. Grandma made a very nice meal. Anika loved it. She said, "This is the best dinner ever!", and she ate everything on her plate. (That hardly ever happens.)

Playing at the Park

I took the twins to the park for the first time, and I'm not sure how they liked it. I think it was a little too windy for them. Anika had fun though.

Anika

Anika talks about Braden, Brock, and "Brett" all the time. She says "Next time Braden and Brock and me are in Malad, we're going to tie Kelsee up and lock her in the dungeon!"

Zander took his first step on Valentines Day. He's walking all over now. Zoe on the other hand is still scared to take a step. Zoe got sick the day after Anika got home from the hospital. She had a high fever for about 5 days. She's all better now, and Zander hasn't came down with it yet so we're hoping we're done with sick kids for a while.

Anika

Anika got sick last Thursday and ended up in the hospital on Monday. She had an intraviral infection. She did get released today and is back to her old self. She was so tired of laying in bed for the past week, however, she wasn't sick of watching TV. I think she liked being in the hospital and having the nurses and mother wait on her. When the nurse showed her the "nurse call" button, it was all she could do NOT to call every 5 minutes. There was a phone on her bed and she wanted someone to call her soooooo bad. Everytime the nurse came over the speaker saying that one of the nurses had a phone call, she would pick up the phone all excited. Then finally Tuesday evening the phone rang and it was Unlce Matt, but Anika was so tired she wouldn't even say hi. The night before she was up from 2am on so she was pretty tired.

Anika is such a beautiful little girl. We are very lucky to have her as our daughter.
